Prof. Bugner Raluca Mioara
Emeritus Coach and International Judge with over 34 years of elite experience. Between 2003–2020, she served within the National and Olympic coaching teams, leading legendary Romanian gymnasts like Cătălina Ponor and Sandra Izbașa to Olympic and World medals. For two decades, she has officiated as an International Judge at World Cups and European Championships.
