About the Competition
The Dance & Gymnastics Cup is a national and international event that brings together talented athletes from the fields of dance and gymnastics, offering a high-quality show and promoting excellence in movement. This competition aims to create a platform for artistic expression and performance for participants from various countries, strengthening cultural and academic ties through sport and art.
The competition includes sections dedicated to dancesport, contemporary dance, character dance, rhythmic gymnastics, acrobatic gymnastics, and other forms of body expression, with the main objective of promoting educational values, discipline, and team spirit.
History & Mission
The event was born from the desire to create an academic and cultural space where body art, physical education, and sports performance blend harmoniously. The Cup’s mission is to promote excellence in dance and gymnastics, and to encourage international cooperation between universities through sport and art.
Organizers & Partners
The event is organized by the Faculty of Sciences – ULBS, in partnership with educational and cultural institutions from Romania and abroad. Collaboration with strategic partners ensures a solid and highly professional organizational framework.

In this edition, we aim to expand international participation by attracting an even larger number of countries, thus consolidating the global dimension of the competition. At the same time, we want to impress through the artistic quality and complexity of the presented choreographies, highlighting the creativity, expressiveness, and technical level of the participants in a competitive framework of excellence.
